San Juan Festival in Cambrils 2025: Tradition, Fire and Summer on the Costa Dorada
One of the most eagerly awaited nights of the year is, without a doubt, the San Juan Festival in Cambrils, held on the night of June 23rd to 24th. Both Cambrils and Salou host one of the most vibrant and authentic celebrations on the Costa Dorada.
The night begins with the arrival of the Flama del Canigó, a Catalan tradition symbolizing unity and cultural identity. The flame is rekindled every June 22nd at the summit of Canigó, in the Pyrenees, and carried by volunteers across the region to light the San Juan bonfires.

- 7:00 PM: Live drumming with Timbals del Ball de Diables Els Cagarrieres (Mollet del Rec stairs)
- 7:00 PM: Traditional Sardana dances (Parc del Pescador)
- 7:30 PM: Procession with the Flama del Canigó (from Passeig Miramar to Passeig de les Palmeres)
- 8:00 PM: Official welcome, manifest reading, and lighting of the bonfire
- 11:00 PM: San Juan party on Passeig Miramar with the Himalaya Orchestra
